Experience and Qualifications:
Alpha Amusements was established in 1978, and has seen dramatic and prolonged growth during that time. With approximately 30 employees and 300 accounts servicing Southeastern Michigan we are well versed in such diverse apsects of the business as government contracts, corporate accounts, established franchises, bowling centers, hockey rinks, roller rinks, malls and arcades, game room design, service, and most of all, our role in working with our customers to ensure success.
We feature an in-house service staff, fleet of our own trucks for game rotation, computerized management systems, and knowledge of running our own arcades as well as other's.
Service Information:
Alpha Amusements' office is located in Madison Heights, Michigan. The operation of service, game rotation, and collections is centered there. Our customers may utilize a toll-free phone number to report a service condition, or speak with our personnel regarding other issues.
We operate 18 vehicles, which are used for game repair, collections, rotations, and account service. Each employee/vehicle is in contact with our office via cell phone, Nextel mobile radios, and pagers. Service is provided 7 days a week.
Service vehicles are stocked with a wide variety of parts and tools, which enables our technicians to address and repair most problems on site.
